As a club we take the behaviour of our players, officials, and spectators very seriously. Football is meant to be a fun, enjoyable, and ultimately safe environment for all, and the FA RESPECT Programme highlights the need for everyone to play their part in promoting these goals. The FA’s approach emphasises the role of parents and coaches whilst highlighting the importance of positive behaviours and environments – both on and off the pitch – for young footballers involved in mini-soccer and youth football.
The FA’s Respect campaign aims to educate parents and coaches on their roles in creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment for players and to ensure the campaign is embraced throughout the age groups with sustained participation from players and volunteers alike.
Bournemouth Sports Football Club currently require all of our players, managers/coaches, parents/spectators to sign up to the FA Code of Conduct.
POSITIVITY LEADS TO A BETTER GAME, A SAFER, HEALTHIER, MORE INCLUSIVE AND MORE ENJOYABLE GAME. A GAME WITH MORE RESPECT
